Engage the parking brake and pop the hood open. Remove any accessories, if necessary, to gain access to the IAC motor attached to the throttle body. Unplug the IAC motor electrical connector. The IAC is on the side of the throttle body just above the TPS. It has a silver round cylinder look to it with an electrical connector on the back. It's held on with two torx screws and has an o-ring. Remove the bolts and the electrical connector and it comes out real easy. My seal is in good condition. And I believe that IAC might be ok as well. I tested it out on my ohm meter and everything was ok. Every 6 months I have to clean it out because it acts up on me. I believe my problem is the PCV pipe that shoots a bit of oil into the intake and then somehow it gums up the passages in the IAC chamber.
