We have a 72" EM Webster & Bennet VTL (we call them vertical borers here in Western Australia). It's a good machine and usually gives us no maintenance problems except for the clutch. The machine has a pendant control to stop/start the chuck, select feed direction, select rapid travel direction, to engage vertical or horizontal travel, etc.
